Our Middle School in Escazú, San José is the first stage of our Secondary School education at BVS. The Middle School curriculum includes core subjects such as math and sciences based on the globally-respected International Baccalaureate standards, which also meet the Costa Rican Ministry of Education requirements. Language Arts follows US standards, while Costa Rican Spanish and social studies adhere to the best national and international practices. This approach ensures students are ready to excel in any (or all) of the High School educational pathways available to them, including the National, IB, or US Diplomas.
